How long does shipping take?


Standard Auspost shipping is usually 3-5 days Australia-wide. Please also allow for up to 2 days handling and packing. Please note items tagged with 'PRE-SALE' are subject to the ETA given under 'Product Desciription'.




What do I do if my Morta Shot gets stuck/jammed?


If your Morta Shot gets jammed, you just need to re-apply lubrication to the outer of the front tube (the tube where the beverage sits in). We recommend canola spray oil. This should fix your problem and will enhance the performance of the product.




How often should I clean my Morta Shot?


We recommend cleaning your Morta Shot after a session. It doesn't have to be done as soon as your finished with it for the night, just before your next day of use is required to keep it hygenic.




How do I clean my Morta Shot?


To clean your Morta Shot, dissassemble the product and clean out the front tube (the one where the beverage sits) thoroughly with hot water and liquid detergent. We do not recommend putting into the dishwasher, as this can damage the product.




What is your exchange policy?


We allow up to 30 days from time of purchase to offer you a refund/exchange, provided the item is in the original packaging and original condition. Please see our 'Refund/Returns Policy' under the 'Policy' link at the bottom of the page for more info. If you're unsure if you are eligible for an exchange, don't hesitate to contact us!
